Happy Holidays!

Happy Holidays!

I hope you are having a wonderful time preparing for the holidays. I wanted to drop you this note to wish you well and tell you how much I appreciate you.

You know this time of the season is supposed to be filled with joy. Many don’t want to talk about it, but I realize, too, that this time of the year can also bring some sadness or depression for some. Sometimes, it occurs because a loved one is no longer here to enjoy the holidays with us, or family members aren’t as close as they used to be, but whatever the reason, it can be a serious downer during the holidays.

Oddly, depressFall Sad Emotionion can bring on muscular pain and tightness in muscles. Depression can become an expensive and debilitating condition. Massage can help turn this around.

Not everyone will have the same symptoms, but the AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association) says massage therapy “can be effective in reducing the symptoms of depression.” While massage therapy most likely will not cure depression, it most certainly can aid in feeling better physically. Once your muscles relax, lose the rigidity of stiffness and limited mobility, things often begin to look better, too.

I truly hope you are not experiencing any stress or depression mixed into your holiday spirit. I do want to remind you Ozark Massage Clinic can alleviate your stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, and irritability.

I’m thinking of you and your family this holiday season and wish you health, happiness, and prosperity this new year.

Michelle
